The Global Center for Gender Equality in partnership with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and the Ministry of Women and Social Affairs have developed an initiative called Public Leadership for Gender Equality (PL4GE). Its objective is to create a leadership program for Ethiopian government Ministers to support the advancement of gender equality through public leadership. PL4GE generates a body of knowledge and practice that can support leadership for gender equality that is both aspirational and pragmatic.
